Geraldine Ramírez is the art director (right) and I’m the writer, Mariana Isabel Guarín Barkach (left). Geraldine is Puerto Rican, and I’m Venezuelan with Colombian and Lebanese blood. We live in Chicago and love summer and travel, so we fly away during winter.

We wanna have fun and create meaningful work that makes our brands famous and our family proud. We don’t need a Cannes brief to bring disruptive and fresh ideas or 1M to get headlines- we just need a team that believes in the creative. We love to bring ideas that everyone gets excited about and join forces to make them happen. We love simple ideas that change the way you see our products forever. Our curiosity is one of our most powerful skills.
We’re a good team inside and outside the agency. Yes, we’re good friends and do a lot of cool things after work. You can find us in hot yoga on Mondays and at the Virgin playing a Latin set as DJ LALA on Thursdays.
Where we started:
I started at Leo Burnett Venezuela and moved to Leo Chicago, where I met Geraldine during her internship. We’ve built brands and create ideas for global, LATAM, Hispanic markets.
We’ve had fun working for brands like: Kellogg’s masterbrand, McDonald’s, Allstate, Marshalls, T.J.Maxx, Smirnoff, Facebook Messenger, AdCouncil, Purina, Serta, Cheez-It, Special K, Rice Krispies Treats, KitchenAid, Whirlpool.
